WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal or Advance Payments only.
After placing your order you will get an confirmation email ( please also check your spam folder).
At the end of the mail is a bankaccount number ( IBAN ) where you can transfer your payment.
After the payment arrived we will send your order on its way.
If your country doesn´t work with IBAN please contact us.
If you are living in Den Bosch you can also pick up your order.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT'S SHIPPED?
Unfortunately we can´t change it when its already packed.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Standard letters or parcels does not come with a tracking option.
If you like to track your order, please contact us for another shipping option.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You may send any unwanted items back to us within 14 days of the delivery of the order; for an exchange or refund

Hagazussa-Art is not working with retourlabels, you are liable for the return shipping costs.
Earrings are not returnable, due to hygienic restrictions.
TO PLACE AN ORDER:
Simply select amount /the size on each product you wish to purchase and add to cart. When done, click on your shopping cart or go direct to the checkout. You will be able to fill in your payment, billing and delivery details. It's that simple.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER
Unfortunately we are unable to change any order details including sizes, styles, shipping address or email once an order has been placed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination, therefore it can vary.
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 4-5 business days after the order date, most of the items are especially produced for you after your order .
Please allow some extra time for order processing during busier times of the year or during the Covid-19 situation.
We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of the Netherlands. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.
